STAND UP PADDLE

During the lessons particular emphasis is given to safety rules, paddling technique, posture and breathing. Lessons are for beginners, beginners to waves, intermediate and advanced level. Besides the group classes, we also have individual technical improvement classes by appointment, for those who want to correct mistakes, learn new techniques, improve their paddling or evolve in the waves.

SUP Tours

In places to be designated, we promote SUP tours (Mondego or Águeda River) in Pateira de Fermentelos, Mira Beach and mainly in the channels of the Ria de Aveiro.

Renting

We rent inflatables and rigids every day during the summer months.
